[Sca-cooks] Mascarpone

We went to a Cisco show a few weeks ago and they had the best tiramisu.  It
was much more like a cheesecake than most and no lady fingers but rather a
chocolate crumbly base.  Oh man.  Wish I could duplicate *that* recipe!
