Given the other ingredients, one couldn't justify using margarine on
the basis of cholesterol, dairy avoidance, or cost.

And, personally, i can't stand the smell, taste, or mouth feel of
margarine and i feel in ruins darn near any dish it's in. (not to
mention the list of nanky ingredients)

So, i say, why ruin a luscious dish by mixing two high quality
ingredients with one vastly inferior one. If you're going to do it,
do it right.
