Just got back from Chirharts.  Have you ever seen how much cheesecake you
can make with 5 pounds of mascarpone, 4 cups of sour cream, a dozen eggs and
a little cornstarch, flour and vanilla?  Oh, and about a pound of chocolate
for one of the cheesecakes?  ohmygod...
