[Sca-cooks] National Geo Article

Just got back from my Board meeting, and our GM brought up an interesting
news item.  He said that this month's National Geographic Magazine has an
article about food that is very well done.  I'll have to find someone that
still subscribes, I got overwhelmed by the paper backlog years ago, and had
to stop all my subscriptions.
Anyone a regular subscriber, that can give us a rundown on the article?
