[Sca-cooks] Seeking lost recipes

Greetings unto all!

I have been on the list for quite some time, but post rarely.  Several months
ago a posted a request  for recipes or information on steam-baking in period
(setting a mixed dough above  boiling water to steam rise and bake).  Due to
assorted mundania from getting married to moving to switching jobs, I have
completely misplaced everything that many of you graciously shared.  If
anyone has this information or recipes on hand, could they please re-send
them?
