[Sca-cooks] Two food allergies

Find out if the beef allergy is to all beef or if
organic beef is okay.  I know people who are allergic
to beef that has been given antibiotics but can have
organic beef.
I use lamb in any recipe that calls for beef.
If you can find buffalo, try that. I think it tastes
like your memory of the best steak you ever ate.
There are soy substitutes which simulate ground beef
and chunk beef.
