Several of my first 10 cookbooks were hers...along with the Joy
of Cooking, More Joy if Cooking and oddly enough, the I hate to
cook book...

How about those wonderful lamb chops crusted with mustard, the
chocolate creme brule, asparagus with hollandaise [made with
blood orange] and a tossed salad?

Of course I am having more congee/jouk for dinner in real life ;-)
