Funny, my intially unplanned contribution was pretty
much a "drive-by-desserting".  By the time I got done
with the wedding and carried the half sheet cake to
the S.P.C.A. I couldn't eat anything.

The cake was honey/saffron covered in Marzipan and
painted gold complete with jewels and
marzipan/colorflow/piping gel "enamels".
