[Sca-cooks] Missing from the list

367 messages still unread. The season has caught up with me and I am not
reading the e-mail as I should. I backed out of the cookie mailing this
year due to the Red Spears Feast and am now rearranging my thoughts and
notes for my presentation for The Midrealm Cookery conference on the
14th. I am also documenting period turkey recipes because I am spit
roasting a turkey for this event's potluck. Then we leave for my in-laws
for the holidays next week.
Basicly I will be off the list until the end of the month.

Anyway if anyone would like me to research something, send me a message
directly so I will see it. I'm around. I am just busy and wading through
the mail to catch a message here and there means I will likely miss it.

I will post my wafer recipe --- it's what I served for the feast
Saturday night. It's not authentic exactly but it works and it's a damn
good cookie.
