Dear Ms. Heise-

Your response of refusing to my initial written request that you remove
my writing that you admit you had no right to re-publish in a public
environment- is noted.

Copyright law states that one does not have right- unless work is in
public domain or with author permission - to copy noticeable portions of
writing off the internet (the screen shots I have display at least 3 and
one half, out of the 7 paragraphs of the article- this qualifies as
"noticeable" as I have been advised) without express WRITTEN PERMISSION
BY THE AUTHOR. Your activity well falls in this category.

Though you clearly justify a very cruel nature by the demand of your
personal "intellect", your views do not equal the right to take the
liberty of taking other's writing and re-publishing it. Period. Aside
from the fact that what you did was very hurtful, and not the sign of a
person with integrity- it was wrong to take written material off of my
site AND RE-PRINT IT in digital form in a public environment. I do not
have a "publishing" contract with you- and therefore, for all your lofty
claims what you did was outright wrong. I am not a deceased author, and,
my writing is contemporary and NOT IN the public domain. That is the
FACT. Again, I am asking that you REMOVE my writing off those pages.
