Hi Mr Laurel-man!

I'm running a funky event in march: A tudor banquet... with lots of
sugar, fruit and alcohol, of course! I'm going to run a ball at the same
time to help release all the pent up sexual tension it creates!

Just wanted to ask you a couple of favours (if you are not too busy)

1. Can I get the sugar plate recipe off you? I can remember the
ingredients, but not the quantities

2. Do you have any funky ideas of cool thinks for banquets?? Especially
things which are pretty/tasty and not too difficult!

3. Do you know a cheap supplier of Jordan Almonds by any chance? (The
white sugar almonds given away at weddings). They seem to be a good
alternate to making my own comfits.

4. Do you want to come? I'm hoping to only have cold food, prepared so
all I have to do is sit back and relax!
