[Sca-cooks] Christmas Dinner?

So, is anyone doing anything special for
Christmas dinner?

I'm spending Christmas alone but decided to
at least splurge a bit and come up with
a nice meal.

Standing Ribeye Roast w/Carrots, Onions and
Portabella Mushrooms roasted in the drippings
with red wine deglaze.
Twice Baked Potatoes.
Homemade Rolls
Served with a very nice Merlot.

Pumpkin Creme Brulee
and
Homemade Apple Crisp with whipped cream.
Served with cinnamon coffee.

I may ask one or two other poor slobs like
me over for dinner as well. And I may take
a drive up to Flagstaff to see mountains and
snow. But right now I have no major plans.

What are y'all fixin' or doing on Christmas Day?
