[Sca-cooks] Turkey day odds and ends

Dunno....I've seen canned pie cherries (the sour, add-your-own-glop
kind), but not the frozen kind, which would be really nice.  What we
*don't* get around here are the fresh pie cherries--lots of various
sweet ones, but a person is SOL, unless he or she has a friend with a
tree that the birds don't get to!

P.S. I betcha your stripey green thing was some sort of winter
squash....
