Is this only being held this Saturday?

According to the website that's the way it reads.

For one day every two years, a special decoration of the period rooms of
MESDA brings alive the holiday and winter traditions throughout the
South from the 18th and early 19th centuries.

The next MESDA Yuletide will be held on Saturday, December
7, 2002, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the afternoon. A viewing will
require a standard MESDA tour ticket. But the experience of
these rooms decorated for Christmas and Hannukah -- with a
focus on the foodstuffs of the era, described by interpreters in each
area -- adds a special flavor to a tour of Southern
 decorative art history.
