[Sca-cooks] be a cook! was crown tourney menu

It was a recipe Madhavi posted on 10/23/02. It's Madhavi's version of Bigos
or Miszkulancja. One of the members of my local Cooks and Assasins guild,
Mistress Branwyn (she was a member of Gunthar's cooking team) made the
trencher bread, but that's the only other recipe I've seen so far.
