I found this nifty page of links the other day, on about.com, while I was
out looking for info on yields for my feast planning. The foods in the
Quantities and Yields are a bit southern-centric (ie, they have hominy
and grits listed, but not caraway seed), but still terribly nifty and
useful for those of us who can't remember how much a pound of dried split
peas cooks up into.
