7.1 Kg of Blackbutt Honey,
100g Cinnamon Sticks,
10g Fresh Ginger, sliced,
10g Spikenard.

7g Yeast Nutrient
7g Lalvin D47 Yeast
50g Malic Acid.

Made up to 5 Gallons.

I haven't read the SG yet.

It's perioid but could easily be one of many Digby recipes...
