Well, since we are being snowed in.......

(Just remember my husband and I come from a German /Dutch background .I
have Spanish in me too, but that heritage is celebrated on New Years Day)

Two different types of herring with homemade pumpernickel bread

Turkey basted with fresh apple cider
Stuffing with sausage, apples, and onions
Creamed spinach
Brown sugar glazed carrots
Zeller Swarze Katz ( Mosel Saar Ruwer)

For dessert:
Dutch Apple Crumb pie
Godiva Truffles (Not a good as Belgian, but okay in a pinch)
Wafers with Pomegranate Sauce
Blaufrankish (Brundlgfangen)

Later on:
Coffee with Baronjaeger
