Somewhere between Lock-ACK and LO-kakh, as far as I can tell.  The second
seems to be closer to the Aussie pronounciation, at least that of Sir Gregory
of Loch Swan, who is a Aussie member of my clan....He doesn't correct us for
the first one, however.
