well, some of the people who call in for insurance quotes are ...
interesting. I had one guy last week who went ahead and got quoted, filled
out the app [via phone on my computer] and made an appointment to come in to
sign and finish up, despite being asked several times if he had any
accidents or tickets, suspended license, suspended insurance and the whole
slew of underwriting questions seems to have entirely forgotten the 2 high
speed chases and 3 resulting tickets, the suspension of his license and
cancellation of his previous auto policy....yikes! He was told outright that
before we would bind coverage we would be doing a DMV check at the office
before he got there!
