[Sca-cooks] Game recipe translations....

Mostly Hatless Muiredach just sent me a wondrous gift
this weekend, a copy of his book, "Le livre du
Gibier", which he wrote in French with Rene Brunet,
and he has given me permission to translate the
recipes and post them here, if people are interested.
Is there any interest?

I won't be typing in the French, because that's under
copyright, and I'm not going to mess with THAT until
and unless I get formal permission, but I'm thinking
people here might be interested in modern game
recipes, and my translations are my own....

I will also change the measurements from the metric to
the American system, but I'll give both.
