[Sca-cooks] Cookcon Proceedings Delayed

The good news is that we have lots of photos from cookcon to place in the
proceedings and that nearly all of the presenters re-wrote or revised their
papers after the conference.

Of course, the bad news is that this requires a lot of additional
formatting and the Cookcon2 Proceedings have not yet been mailed.

I'm hoping to have them out in a couple of weeks.
