I have heard from one of the coordinators
today that the autocrats of the event are
having site conflicts with the original dates.

They would like to hold the event on
October 11, 12 and 13th, which
is the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.
Can people let me know what they feel about that
weekend? It was originally scheduled for September.

Please let me know and I will relay the
information to her. They would like to secure
the site ASAP. Please post to other
lists so that the information reaches other
cooks not on SCA-Cooks.
