You can get tallow, hardened pure tallow for tallow
sculpting from some of the restaurant supplies that
cater to those who do  culinary competitions.  If you
e-mail me privately I'll look through my old sources
and see who has it if you are interested.  I find it a
lot in my Culinary Review.
