As a matter of Reference to this, We moved to NE Iowa from SW Missouri, we
are quite use to Midwest summers, 95 is hot to us, Air Conditioning goes
into use here when it hits 80, cold to these people is -10F cold to us is
anything below 20f. We Had a 75 degree day on July 4,2000 No one native to
the area thought anything about it. My Wife felt Cold, She grew up in KC
where July 4 is normally 90-100 and humid. I like Iowa's Summers but not
there winters.
