Hmm, are we diagnosed with autism, aspergers or something along that line?  If
so, you will be amazed to see the positive changes in him once you wean him off
the wheat and milk.

See if you can interest him in rice, rice bowls with nice things like teriyaki
and stuff.  In Japan, kids there eat curry bowls like kids here eat
mac-and-cheese, try some Asian kids meals?

Rice cakes come in interesting flavors these days, but again watch the
ingredient lists.  Plain flat breads existed long before fluffy white loaves,
so I don't see a problem with feeding him corn tortillas, I won't tell if you
don't!
