I don't take non-SCA music to events, either.
And I don't play music when anyone else is in the
kitchen with me.  But when I'm alone in the house
and in "Create" mode, I play it LOUDLY, and
usually sing along at the top of my lungs, even
if it's just DA-da-da-Daaaaa to Beethoven.
Cooking and cleaning and sewing seem to be more
fun that way.  Haven't had a chance to do that
much since moving in with my Parents a year ago,
though.  Daddy's health is bad, and he seldom
leaves the house, and if it ain't Gospel or Big
Band, he don't want to hear it.
