After Johanna said that there was a paper editon, I looked on Amazon.uk and
found a listing.  However, it said "Not yet Ready".  Then I called my British
supplier.  He spoke with Souvenir Press, who told him they hadn't done a
paper edition and there was none scheduled...I got the impression they were
not planning one.

So go figure.
