I believe it was the summer of 2000. I also strongly suspect that the Beer
was doing most of the talking for the Professional Chef. ;)

Adamantius wandered in, in time to help save the day as usual. (I was
trying to kick the dayboard habit that year... I appreciate what Muirdeach
is doing because I've been there too-- trying to 'help' other people do
dayboards without taking charge. Hopefully I'm getting better. Nobody's
killed me yet!)
