AWWWWWWWWWWW, GAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWRRRSH!!!!

And my private office, my Sanctum Sanctorum, at 12th Night, says "Men"
on the door? Sheeesh!

Actually, I do think there's something of an art to crisis management.
It's kind of like being a dentist in an emergency (well, possibly this
is old-time imagery, but): you find the bad tooth and you pull it out.
Once you identify and attack it, things will eventually improve all
over. Sometimes there's nothing for it, and you just have to leap into a
convection oven. Sometimes it's a simple thing like noticing that
something you're heating on the stove can be heated in the oven, to free
up stove burners. Obviously, though, when you're all upset, it's easy to
forget this stuff, which is why remaining calm is a good thing.

Of course, sometimes a dazed stupor can be mistaken for calm, too. ;-)
