[Sca-cooks] what are your thoughts on period-style food?

I don't agree.

On this list? There are a number of us who are vocal about
encouraging more historically accurate food and i suppose that in
real life they do the same in the SCA.

In the SCA in general? Well, i don' think so, at least in my experience...
