Actually, I am dairy sensitive and have to use the lactaid crap or fresh
from the cow or goat, not the pasturized, homogonized.

If you warm up some milk a little and add some marzipan to melt (off the
fire) and get it thick as ranch or bluecheese dressing, it makes a heck of a
good topping for icecream or sliced fruit or poundcake or almost everything
dessert.  Remember Chirhart?
