Don't you want do to the traditional
English buffet with fancy sandwiches,
canapes, scones, tea, wines, little
fruit tarts, quiches, cheeses, candies??
All the finger foods pick up and eat
single servings?
 Somehow the 300 person
wedding I was at last June which was
a full dinner with prime rib and a DJ
...full bar.... at that one
we left at close to midnight. They had
not yet served the cake but there
were pizzas being delivered... Everyone
had a really good time. And the cake
was decorated with 2 GODZILLAS dressed
in wedding attire because the Groom really
dug Godzilla... Somehow I think your
Mum's wedding might not be the same sort
of shindig...
