It sounds workable, especially with your decision to pre cook as much as
possible.  If I might suggest a recipe, Rosemary chicken from Das Kochbuch
der Sabina Welserin.  It is chicken slow cooked in broth and would be perfect
to cook in a roaster or crockpot.  I also have a spinach tart from the samw
cookbook that is good when served cold.

Let me know if you'd like the recipes and I'll post them.
