What exactly is he proposing those 11 people DO for all that time?  Will
8 of them be polishing the shoes of the high table feasters, while the
other three serve?  Goodness, tell him to Get Real.  Two for the high
table plus one for each other table should be plenty - that makes 15,
not 24.
