[Sca-cooks] OOP -- need recipe for dipping sauce

I believe that the sauce (at least the one I'm familiar with for fried
dumplings) is made of soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, a little sweet wine
vinegar (like mirin), a few pieces of chile and some sliced scallion...all
to taste!

I just got a low-fat recipe for "fried dumplings" like those served at
Chinese restaurants.  But my favorite part of the dumpling experience is the
dipping sauce, and I don't know how to make that.  And since I'm confident

question... help?
