Vladimir,

Essentially, steamed buns were from a conversation prior to your arrival. They
are a an asian dish (generally associated with china and southeast asia) with
some type of meat or sweet filling surrounded by dough and steamed, preferably
in a bamboo steamer, though other steaming methods are acceptable.

With Chinese new year coming up soon,  I look forward to the discourse of
planned festivities for it. :)
