I usually have no problem with humidity where I live, but one year I made the
mistake of trying a taffy pull in the middle of summer. Imagine, five 12 year
olds, 119 degree heat and melted taffy.
I am still traumitized by the event and haven't attempted candy since! (its
been 8 years)
