I found out this afternoon I'm cooking a church dinner tomorrow. At least its
only for 70. :)  It was suggested I do fish, so they getting baked orange
roughy fillets, what is the real name I'm just blanking out today.  The sides
are mac and cheese, eggplant cutlets, spinach souffle.  The question of the
day, I need a sauce for the fish, any suggestions?
