I've done dozen on dozen of rabbit, squirrl, chicken, duck, turkey, sheep,
kid, deer, etc.  I agree.  Fowl are messier than the others.  Unless you are
teaching someone how to dress out a large animal hanging on block and tackle
in the barn who cuts "just a lettle too deep"...ugh.
