OK, now that you're ready to kill us, I looked at the
sauce. I think it would be very good with roast duck.
Duck does very well with sweet fruit sauces, as long
as they aren't horribly sweet, and I can easily see
presenting a well-browned duck in a puddle of a rich
blue sauce, with perhaps a bit of shrubbery around.
