[Sca-cooks] Chocolate Guinness Cake (OT, OOP)

I made this yesterday. Yum!

I used Guinness Extra Stout (the remaining portion of which was eagerly
consumed by my husband), and threw in a T of black cocoa (from the Baker's
Catalogue) in place of one T of regular, just for grins. At the moment it
just has a sprinkling of powdered sugar, although I might have to acquire
some ice cream as well...
