I think recipes of all sorts have always been welcome on the
list. The only time I can think of that there was a problem
were either things like the Neiman Marcus Cookie legend or
recipes that weren't marked as OOP.

I rather think this list has always been pretty lenient. Except
in the cases were new folk come to share their knowledge with
us poor peons and then get roundly rebuked for often very serious
misinformation.
