No, thanks but the Guisados is too late for what I'm looking for, I'm after
13th-14th century Islamic spain. I just realised I am a total yogurt-head
and was mistakenly using only the first part of the Andalusian cookbooks.
Lucky it's available so readily on the net (and thanks for the directions
Brighid)...

I'm still after the Kitab Fadalat al-Khiwan, does anyone know if it's
available? Or about colouring food?
