I was thinking of putting a lot of paprika in the Mac&cheese and making
country gravy for the fish and have white, red and green the colors of the
Italian flag.  The regular cook made a comment that I seem to make only
Italian food.  And if he doesn't get healthy by next week the menu will
include steak and kidney pie
