EXCELLENT advice!!! Also consider that some dairy-sensitive people (me for
instance) are allergic not ONLY to the milk sugar (the lactose) but also to
the milk protein (the casinen sp?)

Unless you are sure, assume that anyone who says they have a dairy
sensitivity is sensitive to *all* forms of dairy.  Same goes for nuts: ask
