[Sca-cooks] Green Chili Eggs

Here is the recipe that I mentioned several days ago that several folks asked
for. This was given to me by my mother. I'm not sure where she got it from.
This is a pretty easy dish and is a good one for brunches and such.

Green Chili Eggs

1 8 oz. can of green chilies, chopped
1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
12 eggs
2 cups sour cream (or part yogurt)

Layer cheese and chilies in buttered 13 x 9 in. baking dish.
Beat eggs with sour cream.
Pour over chili-cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until puffy and light golden
brown.

Serves 4 - 6.
