I have already e-mailed the head of the Greek branch I hope to get a
response.

As for the cooking of Byzantium I have some things to send you.Coming
mostlly form texts of 12th century that I have access because of the
langugae.

I have been doing some reading lately because I wanted to compose a text for
another forum I moderate and I will post it here as well.
