Barony of the Far West, made up mostly of Americans in the islands and
peninsulae of eastern Asia, Japan, the Philippines, etc. is part of the
Kingdom of the West.  The Barony of Western Seas, Hawaii, is part of
Caid.  Those are not the only baronies which use the "Palatine" Barony
model, with the baronial throne chosen by contest twice a year:  one by
combat, one by arts & sciences.  I also find the Palatine Barony of
Allyshia (Humboldt Co. CA) Maybe that can help you establish a
precedent?
