[Sca-cooks] OT: chocolate nibs

so... having taken a trip to chicago recently, we found the field
museum to be having an exhibit on chocolate.
we ended up not going on the tour, as there was so much else to see at
the museum, and it cost extra. (We bought the citi-pass which got us
into lots of places without having to wait in the *huge*
lines.... and it saved us some money....definatly recommended)

Anyway.. the store had some choco nibs which were treated with cane
sugar and pineapple juice.  Both diana and myself both agreed that the
pineapple was what we didn't like about the resulting product.

This beings me to my question...
Does anyone have a source for unrefined nuts/nibs?

most of the search hits are talking about processing... not selling...
